Please make sure that you accurately enter your complete shipping address when placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses (including leaving off suite or apartment numbers) will delay the delivery of your shipment. Many shipping carriers impose an address correction charge on all shipments that require correction. You will be charged for any fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All orders that are in-stock in our warehouse usually ship from our warehouse the same business-day the order is placed. To calculate the approximate delivery date, use this handy formula along with the chart below:

Where do you ship to?
* iAllergy ships to the lower 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to non-US addresses. We regret that we are no longer able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
We can ship some smaller size items to PO Boxes. When placing your order, we recommend using the comments box to also provide a physical street address for FedEx/UPS delivery just in case the item(s) cannot be shipped to your PO Box. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email indicating which carrier will be delivering your order.
The USPS does not deliver to my street address. Which address should I provide you with?
If you have two addresses (ex: a street address for FedEx/UPS delivery, and a PO Box for USPS delivery), please specify this when you place your order (there is a comments box where you can leave us a message). Please provide your PO Box as your shipping address, and leave us your FedEx/UPS accessible street address in the comments box. If you'd like, you can also tell us if you have a carrier preference, and we will do our best to honor your request whenever possible. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email indicating which carrier will be delivering your order.
