Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Do you charge sales tax?

We are only required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of Maryland. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort to ship merchandise within 24 business hours from the time the order was placed. Individual delivery times will vary depending on your location and type of delivery. How do I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing immediately after being placed, and therefore most orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed. If you would like to request a change or cancellation of an order, please contact us.

How can I track the status of my order?

All in stock items usually ship within 24 business hours. Once your item ships, we will automatically email your tracking information late at night the same day. If you require further tracking information, please contact us.

What if I want to return something?

At iAllergy, most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, gift certificate, or exchange (less shipping and handling). A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number.
